These terms may be superseded by an agreement between us and you.
We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of this website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.
In order to use our service, you must register as a member with all correct information in our website. You are responsible to keep the information up-to-date. We reserve the right to terminate the membership if there is any misuse of our website.
Subject to these Terms and our policies, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services. You may download content from our Service only for your personal, non-commercial use, unless you obtain our written permission to otherwise use the content. You also agree that you will create, access, and/or use only one user account, and you will not share with any third party access to or access information for your account. Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.
We provide various types of packages with different number of classes and class package duration. All packages cannot be used once they are expired and are non-refundable.
Student can reserve classes after purchasing packages. Student can reserve a class 12 hours before the class starts through our system.
Student can cancel a class 12 hours before the class starts through our system.
If a class is cancelled due to technical problems on the teacher's side (e.g. power outage in his/her city), we will cancel the class and extend the package expiration day by 3 days.
Students are responsible for all essential equipments to attend the class.
In case if any force majeure event happens, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service.
