One-to-one online Spanish for kids and teens, ages 6–17
Most of our students are children. Whether your child goes to school in Spain or Latin America and needs to keep up, or is learning Spanish as a third language in Hong Kong, Taiwan or mainland China, a native teacher plans every 50-minute one-to-one lesson around their age, level and needs.

Two kinds of young learners, two different needs
First we find out where your child uses Spanish, then we decide what the lessons focus on.
At school in Spain or Latin America
Your child is taught in Spanish every day, but the family speaks Chinese at home and parents may not speak Spanish, so it is easy to fall behind in class and with homework.

A third language in Hong Kong, Taiwan or mainland China
Your child already speaks Chinese and English. Spanish is an interest, a school elective or a plus for future studies, so a solid start and keeping them motivated matter most.

Different ages, different focus
Every lesson is one-to-one, so the teacher can adjust the content and pace to your child's age and mood.
The age when children copy sounds best. Pictures, songs and simple conversation build good pronunciation (including the rolled R) and everyday words.
Grammar starts to make sense: verb conjugation, masculine and feminine, ser and estar, along with more reading and listening.
Step-by-step grammar and writing, matched to school subjects or study plans, and practice giving their own opinions clearly.

Questions parents ask
What age can my child start?
expand_more
Most of our students are 6 to 17. Younger children pick up pronunciation fastest, older ones find grammar easier. What matters most is that your child is interested; in the trial lesson the teacher first finds out their level.
Can a child stay focused in an online lesson?
expand_more
In a one-to-one lesson the teacher looks after only your child the whole time and can change activities to match their attention, for example mixing conversation, reading and short exercises.
I don't speak Spanish. How will I know how my child is doing?
expand_more
After every lesson the teacher writes feedback, so you can see what your child learned and what to work on next.
Do the teachers speak Chinese?
expand_more
All our teachers are native Spanish speakers and lessons are in Spanish. If you or your child have any questions and prefer to ask in Chinese, contact our Chinese-speaking customer service any time (WeChat: wechatspanish).
Which app do we use?
expand_more
WeChat or VooV Meeting (Tencent Meeting). You need a computer, tablet or phone, a stable internet connection and headphones.
Can we try a lesson first?

Yes. The first 50-minute trial lesson is free. The teacher assesses your child's Spanish, and then you decide on the lessons.
